Customer Service Representative for financial account - alabangCapital One Philippines Support Services Corp.

Responsibilities:
- Account Servicing. Listens attentively to customers in order to address issues / questions responsibly; Updates account information, as requested by the customer; Transfers the customer to the appropriate department, as needed
- Functional Knowledge. Displays expertise in product and service knowledge; Understands and adheres to company policies and procedures.
- Training. Completes and passes assessment of the required web-based training (WBT) within timelines to prevent potential job risks
Servicing: Handles incoming calls to provide customers credit card usage information, verification of payment, online technical support, and assist customers with other account-related concerns
Basic Qualifications:
- College Level, Completed a Short Course or High school graduates are welcome to apply
- At least 2 years experience in handling inbound customer service for a credit card services and/or financial accounts in a BPO environment
- Has strong customer service orientation or concierge experience for VIP-status, elite or high value customers
- Proficient system navigation and multi-tasking skills
- Fluent in English and excellent conversational skills
- Must be willing to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa City
- Must be willing to work on shifting schedules primarily during Night Shift
- Must be willing to work in a office based setup
