JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• With 2 Years BPO experience
• Background with Technical Support (preferred)
• Willing to be assigned in Mckinley Taguig.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Handle inbound calls to assist clients with the cloud-based system used to keep patients' medical records, making it accessible for medical practitioners anywhere in the US.
• Provide customer support and help resolve customer queries.
**Access Healthcare will provide training on the client's medical billing software as part of the training.
