Job Customer Service Representative
Receives inbound calls and ensure timely and accurate resolution of card sales, service inquiries, requests, concerns made via call, email and other correspondences.
Job requirements
Candidate must be at least a HS/SHS graduate,/college level/graduate
BPO experience is preferred but not required
Above average communication skills
Willing to work on-site
