Basic Qualifications:
At least high school graduate
Experience of at least six months in the BPO industry are preferred; or applicants without work experience
Excellent English Communication skills - verbal and written
Basic knowledge on computers
Good customer service, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
Willing to work in shifting schedule including graveyard shift and during holidays
Good team player
