Were looking for Customer Service Representative for our Seasonal Non Voice Program!
Job Qualifications:
At least 6 months BPO experience
College Level
BPO Experience in handling a chat/email support/non voice account is a must.
Minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute with 90% accuracy.
Proficient in written and verbal English skills and strong client-facing communication ability
Amenable to working in rotating shifts
A passionate and proactive attitude toward team, company & customer
Proven skills in daily time management to deliver outstanding customer service improvements and initiatives
Advanced Level in other MS Office applications
Ensures achievement of set Quality and Customer Satisfaction scores for all processed cases
Keen into details and has excellent problem-solving skills
Willing to render overtime and work on Saturday and or Holidays
Must be residing within Metro Manila or can report On-site
