Duties and Responsibilites:
• Knowledgeable in Export Declaration, Commercial Invoice & Packing List on BOC Portal
• Knows how to process Arrastre online payment
• Processing of certifications and licenses of agencies.
• At least one year of customer service in an office setting; ocean export experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel.
• Good organizational skills as this position requires working with multiple departments and following up with clients and prospects.
• The person in this role is responsible for having reliable transportation at time of hire.
Minimum Requirement:
• A graduate of BS Customs
• At least with 1 year experience
• With good communication skills
• Knowledgeable with MS Office applications
• Willing to be assign in Parañaque City.
