Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to manage customer queries and after sales support.
Ultimately, you should help us achieve our business goals by cultivating good customer relationships.
Responsibilities
Community management of company's social media pages and e-commerce stores
Responds to customers in a timely manner
Monitor, track and report on feedback and online reviews
Answering of inbound inquiries online and offline
Processes online orders and coordinates with other departments to fulfill sales orders
After sales support
Managing daily administrative tasks to ensure sales orders are processed smoothly
Monitor competitors' marketing activities
Minimum Qualifications
Fluent in English
Extremely detail-oriented
Excellent writing, verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Degree in Marketing or relevant field
Possess strong communication and customer service skills
Experience working with customer support or social media community management
Ability to handle multiple customer inquiries at the same time
Hands-on experience with social media management
