Job Description
Provide Seamless customer service to clients inquiring about their loan application and status.
Answer queries pertaining to loan documents needed.
Provide estimated amount they can avail based on their monthly income.
Note: Loan Originator will not be the one to approve the loan application. The approval comes from the credit underwriting team.
Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.
6 months of BPO experience is preferred but not required.
Minimum Qualifications
Good Verbal communication skills
Good Written communication skills
Computer literate
Good multitasking skills
Willing to work in the Graveyard shift and shifting schedule.
Customer Service Oriented
Trainable
