MDM Systems, Inc. is currently in need of Customer Service Representative
Day Shift Schedule, Weekend Off, Competitive Salary, Medical and Dental Insurance
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
· The role will involve, but is not limited to
· Handles Inbound/Outbound calls and email support that covers General Inquiries, Collect Payments, Customer Complaints, Take Phone Orders and Tracking orders.
· Conduct research into any customer service issues.
· Review excel database of customer feedback, track customer service concerns via database.
· Take payment information & other pertinent information such as addresses & phone numbers.
· Liaise with client account representative and work through unwarranted or unjustified negative feedback on account.
· Data Entry for Mail Orders for Australia and New Zealand.
Qualifications:
· With at least 1-2 years in a customer service experience
· Skills and experience with delivering excellent customer service via e-mail and phone
· Excellent written & verbal communication skills
· Microsoft Office skills

Minimum education level: Senior high school
