The position addresses and facilitates all customer inquiries, requests, or complaints received thru the employee's split skill and channel of assignment. A Customer Service Associate fulfills transactions and resolves concerns within the prescribed productivity and quality standards to meet EastWest's vision of becoming a world-class bank anchored on service excellence in our chosen markets.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
No work experience required. Customer Service exp advantage
