Minimum Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
• At least high school graduate
• Experience of at least six months in the BPO industry are preferred; or applicants without work experience
• Excellent English Communication skills - verbal and written
• Basic knowledge of computers
• Good customer service, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills
• Willing to work in shifting schedule including graveyard shift and during holidays
• Good team player
