JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Sales - Corporate or equivalent.
Can work in a group, team player and with strong background in Customer Service.
Can submit report on time.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Amenable to work in Quezon City
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitoring of Sales order and daily delivery.
Prepare Quotation as requested and Sales Invoice, Delivery Receipt and Acknowledgment Receipt.
Coordinate with the Sales and Logistics Team
Preparing of Monthly individual and overall Sales Report and yearly comparative analysis.
Coordinate and process convention and events.
Handle customers concern in coordination with concerned departments.
Key person for Product Samples and Business Card concerns of sales people.
Any related duties and responsibilities may be assigned from time to time.
