MedRisk, Inc -- a leading provider of managed physical medicine in the United States -- has set up their first Philippine office in Mandaluyong earlier last year. They are continuously expanding their services, and require experienced Healthcare BPO associates to be part of their team!
The Customer Service Professionals on the Electronic Team is responsible for handling new case requests from various stakeholders (patient, MD office, PT providers, employers, adjusters etc.) while maintaining excellent customer service to promote client retention.
The new case openings are all conducted electronically via Email, Fax, Adjuster Portal and other relevant systems.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Open new cases from received electronic referrals from stakeholders accurately and according to policy and procedures
Review case information to determine if patient has an existing case on file or if a new case needs to be created
Outbound contact with identified stakeholders either to verify new case information, collect missing information, or request for other related documents as needed
Validate new case data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or re-entering data; combining data when account information is incomplete; purging files to eliminate duplication of data
Comply with HIPAA and URAC guidelines
Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors degree in allied health profession preferred (Nursing, Physical or Occupational Therapy, etc.)
A license issued by the Philippine Professional Regulation Commission for allied health profession is preferred
Possess impeccable customer service skills with 1-2 years of experience
Experience with outbound calls preferred
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Detail orientated and strong data entry skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in MS Outlook, Word and Excel and general computer literacy, working with dual screens
Time management and strong organizational skills required
Willing to work any assigned shift during a work week in Mandaluyong City
BENEFITS
Salary package up to Php 35,000/month (depending on work experience)
HMO Coverage up to Php 200,000 maximum benefit limit
