Customer Service Officer
Qualifications:
·A graduate of any 4-year course
Excellent in verbal and written communication skills
Able to prioritize and multi-task in a fast paced environment
Customer Service oriented
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
·Maintains customer satisfaction by providing problem-solving resources
·Achieves customer service objectives by contributing customer service information and determines customer service requirements by maintaining contact with customers; analyzing information and applications.
·Take ownership of customer’s issues and follow problems through to resolution.
