JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
? To assist the Team in achieving the goals to meet customer satisfaction
? Help to achieve the Sales and Profit based on target set by the company
? Responsible in SO processing/ Customer Purchase Order
? Ensure delivery and updating status of customer orders
? In-charge in analyzing and monitoring Inventory level and Forecast management of assigned customers
? Helps accounts receivables collectability and ensure on-time payment of customers
? Maintains complete and proper documents filing
? Preparation of reports when needed
? Attends customer inquiries thru phone and email.
JOB QUALIFICATION
Qualifications:
? Candidate must possess Bachelor's/College Degree
? Knowledgeable in MS Office (Word / Excel / PowerPoint)
? Must possess good communication skills
? With Positive attitude, Matured, Flexible and Fast Learner
? Work-oriented and self-motivated
? With at least six (6) months working experience in the same field of Electronics and Semiconductor will be an advantage but not required.
? Willing to learn
? Must possess Good communication skills
? Candidate is open to multi-tasking and can work under pressure
