Actively engage with customers by attending efficiently to their inquiries and concerns by Live Chat or Social Media Message or Email
Coordinate with Payment Team regarding customers pending cases such as deposit and withdrawal transactions
Take full responsibility in dealing with relevant customer's complaints / queries and and explaining the best solutions to solve problems
Performs related works as assigned
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a High School / Diploma Holder
Fresh College graduates applicants are encouraged to apply.
Required languages : Native Vietnamese who is able to communicate in Vietnamese and ability to communicate in English is a plus
Good communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
Willing to work on a flexible working schedule
Salaru and Benefits Packages
Monthly salary start from 1500 USD
Fixed Allowance, Meals Allowance, Travel Allowance, Housing Allowance (or Free Accommodation)
27 days of Annual Leaves + 15 days of Sick Leaves + 30 days of Hospitalization Leaves and other Leave package
Health Insurance Benefits up to ₱100.000
Work Permit is provided
Schedule
10 hours work (Including 1 hour break time) and 2 day off a week
