Qualifications:
Graduate of any business course
Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills
With high attention to details and good business knowledge
Maintain a calm demeanor to challenging situations
With at least 2 years of relevant experience preferably in a fast moving consumer products (packaged foods, beverages, toiletries, candies, cosmetics, over-the-counter drugs, dry goods, and other consumables)
Job Responsibilities:
Resolves and responds to customer inquiries in a timely manner and provide the best solution to issues
Maintain a professional and positive business relationships with customers and stakeholders
Processes and monitors orders
Performs coordinative function within concerned units/department to ensure seamless delivery to customers
Produces intelligent reports and analytics
