The responsibilities we will trust you with:
Providing customer service support through email
Handling problems to establish complaint resolutions, standards, and processes
Your qualifications and experiences should be:
Bachelor's Degree Holder (Preferably Communication or Business Degree Holders)
Has six months experience as a Customer Service Officer (Non-Voice) in a Contact Center / Call Center
Has excellent communication skills
You must be willing to work onsite in SM North EDSA (Quezon City), Greenhills (San Juan City) or in Double Dragon Meridian Plaza (Pasay)
