JOB SUMMARY:
The CEO is responsible for the social media management and handling incoming and outgoing correspondence in engagement and coordination of customers in all internal involvement activities.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Customer Engagement
1. Give presentations and talks to groups and visitors.
2. Entertain and assist walk-in visitors and customers.
3. Attend events organized by the team.
Social Media Management
1. Manage the online presence of the organizations.
2. Produce digital contents and contents calendar.
3. Monitor audience engagement and social analytics.
Data Management
1. Manage all incoming data files from social media, sales and marketing. 2. Review data for inconsistencies or anomalies that could skew analytical results
3. Maintain our databases and conduct routine maintenance as needed to ensure data integrity
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT:
Graduate of any 4 year course preferably in Marketing/Business Administration/Agri-Business/Agri-Economics/Animal Science
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
At least 1 year working experience as an officer in social media management wholesale/retail/product sales or marketing preferably in the livestock and poultry industry with background in business-to-business (B2B), business to customer (B2C).
