We are looking for a Customer Service Manager to be part of these bright visions.
To bring these visions to life, your tasks involves:
Supervise day-to-day operations in the customer service department.
Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth
Take ownership of customers’ issues and follow problems through to resolution in a timely manner
Set a clear mission and deploy strategies focused towards that mission
Develop service procedures, policies and standards to meet customer satisfaction goals on a steady basis
Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions
Analyze statistics and compile accurate reports and findings
Recruit, mentor and develop customer service agents and nurture an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment
Keep ahead of industry’s developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement
Control resources and utilize assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets
Adhere to and manage the approved budget
Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities
JOB QUALIFICATION
How can you join the team?
BS degree in Business Administration or related field
Must have min. of 5 years proven experience in a customer service position
Must be have excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques
Must have excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
Must have outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Must have awareness of industry’s latest technology trends and applications
Must have the ability to think strategically and analytically
Must have strong client-facing and communication skills
Must have advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
Must be customer service oriented
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
