Job description
The ideal candidate is responsible for leading a team of trained product experts who provide our customers with a delightful, frictionless experience.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for handling and maintaining all company's marketing channels and customer service platforms.
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication and provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate in any field.
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field and of the same capacity is required for this position.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Customer Service or equivalent.
Excellent employment track record is highly preferable.
Knowledge with E-commerce and sales is a plus.
Excellent communication and typing skills.
Willing to work in shifting schedules.
Can start as soon as possible.
Amenable to work in Makati City
