- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent/ Industrial Engineering graduate or equivalent
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): customer service, team leading, mentoring, coaching, handling dispute
- Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Customer Service or equivalent.
- Flexible to work in a busy environment
- Well versed in handling complaints and able to draw recommendation based on the dispute
- With reliable experience in client management
- Must be assertive and has to make wise judgement
- Must have good com skills (comprehension, writing ability and verbal language).
GOOD TO HAVES
- With exposure and actual experience working in Logistics Industry
- With experience working in BPO set up
- Knows how to handle transportation side of the business
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Responsible in handling a team
- Responsible in mentoring/coaching the team concerning the best practices
- Conducts one on one level with the team (regular basis).
- Responsible in working with Logistics and Business Development Department.
- Ensure the details to be shared are accurate based on what transpired in actual situation.
- Responsible in detailed reporting.
