Establishes performance metrics for customer service representatives.
Establishes service levels and requirements for the department.

Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Customer Service or equivalent.
Experienced in BPO, IT or star-up
Has analytical and problem-solving skills including problem identification, analysis, action, planning and execution.
With excellent leadership ability and good interpersonal relations
Willing to start asap
