Job Customer Service
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our customer service team for messaging. This is a non-voice role that involves communicating with customers via messaging platforms to address their queries, provide information, and deliver exceptional support. The role requires attention to detail, excellent written communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively. If you are passionate about customer service and enjoy helping others, we'd love to hear from you!
Qualifications:
Standard Educ requirement - HS or its equivalent;
At least excellent communications skills
Multi Chat assessment and Writing X email must be completed
Preferably with CCE but not required
