Job Description
The Position
Responsibilities:
Provide support for the data clean up of Inactive/Active instruments in SAP/Rexis
To assist in the preparation of Quality audit
Liaise with Customer Service & Logistics assistant for instrument location and status update. Liquidation of spare parts in SAP
Ordering and tracking of spare parts, accessories movement (SAP)
Assist in the Launch of ASPIRE- Service contracts
Interface of SAP and Rexis such as Install base, MSP etc
Parameter analysis (KPI, PM Fulfillment and others) to constantly improve the quality of Customer Support
Administrative support to service team (coordination of travel request, claims,
sponsorship request, meeting arrangements etc)
Prepare and distribution of technical documents, training materials, PPM stickers, certificates, PPEs etc
To perform Rexis- NFSS back office duties including creation of INS for installation/deinstallation cases, case closure for complaint cases, invoice correction in Rexis and monitoring Rexis
Other task will be assign from time to time
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in health science, marketing or any related disciplines
Previous experience with administrative task will be added advantage
Prior experience with project work wil be added advantage
