The Position
Customer Service Engineer
Summary
Responsible to provide technical support for Roche analyzers and systems, install, repair and maintain Roche Diagnostics instruments, document and report all service activities in compliance with Roche standards
Extend support with all customer and documents all activities
Ensure software and hardware upgrades of Roche systems. Deliver high uptime of systems and customer satisfaction
Responsibilities
Coordinate with Customer Service Manager regarding planned service activity
Perform installation, repair and maintenance procedures as per Roche standards
Report and document all service activity in Rexis ( phone/call center support, installations, repair visit and maintenance )
Conduct customer training in maintenance of Roche analyzers and systems
Attend to customer calls and requests on a prompt and timely manner
Participate in a rotating On-Call Roster to cover the out of hours' service requirements from 5 p.m. to 8:30 a.m. Monday to Friday and 24 hours Saturday Sunday and Holiday.
Administrative duties, such as the completion of spare parts stock maintenance and expenses
Provide technical support to customers and Roche local staff relevant to technical issues regarding Roche analyzers and systems.
Who You Are
BS Electronics, Electrical Engineering.
You have a minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in field service support of biomedical instrument (Chemistry, Immunology, Molecular and Tissue Diagnostic Instrument).
You are good in troubleshooting and problem solving in both technical and application.
You are committed to excellence in service beyond the usual normal working hours and conditions
You are able to perform your duties with minimum supervision
You have strong communication skills and are experienced in managing internal and external customers
You are flexible, mobile and willing to travel/to be assign anywhere in the Philippines.
