Job Summary:
Responsible for addressing queries & requests as well as resolving concerns of BDO Life clients through voice, non-voice, or walk-in channels.
Responsibilities:
Delivers customer service to individual and group life policy holders as well as to Financial Advisers or related Bank units.
Demonstrates swift and good risk management decisions.
Performs routine account maintenance.
Assists in creating reports for management reporting purposes.
Helps out team members of other CAC desks in achieving case resolution and meeting SLA targets.
Qualifications:
University graduate with a degree in Business Administration or other related discipline
.With at least one to two(1-2) years experience preferably in a BPO or shared service center servicing customer service (voice, non-voice, or walk-in) in a financial services setting (ie insurance)
Has the ability to multi-task, embrace change and work comfortably in a fast-paced, multi-cultural, matrix environment; and
With excellent oral and written communication skills.
