JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Overseeing service desk team CSC and ensure that service requests are processed on time;
2. Provide back-up plan in case of CSC absence;
3. Monitor team and individual performance thru daily day-end reporting;
4. Directly in charge of the efficient operation of SPA thru daily monitoring of pending jobs, coordination with CE and Team Leaders, perform system clean-up and processing in coordination with IT;
5. Perform dispatching of calls
6. Provide update to customer on-call service requests status;
7. Collaboration with other departments related to the status of service requests of the customer.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Science & Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
2. At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in Customer Service / Technical Service Environment
3. Required Skill(s): Customer Service, Call Handling
4. Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Customer Service or equivalent. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
5. Call Dispatching and handling technical people.
6. Knowledge in Customer Service System/CRM and MS Office.
