We are a leading frozen food importer and distributor.
Location: 3 Mandai Link
Responsibilities
Take orders, communicate with customers in regarding orders, enquiry and payment
Preferably with Customer Service experience in order processing of food items.
Check stocks inventory and liase with distribution and warehouse teams.
Issue quotations, delivery order and invoices
Coordinate and liaise with relate parties to fulfil customers' requirements
Data entry and document filing
Support teamwork and ensure good practices are followed
Any other ad-hoc admin support as required by supervisor/superior
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma holder & above
Required skills: MS Word and MS Excel
Good communication skills
An eye for detail in any given work
Preferably bilingual to handle multi racial client
Hardworking and responsible
Able to start work immediately
Preferably staying around Jurong, Choa Chu Kang/Woodlands area
Able to work 5.5 days (Alternate Saturdays)
