Job Description
Responsible for assisting with customer service questions and concerns and solving basic operations issues.
Track and summarize common questions and concerns.
Work closely with the GoodWork Operations Team.
Communicate with users primarily via SMS, Messenger, and phone call.
End to end processing of customer or partner concern.
Proving excellent customer service experience.
Update tracker of customer's concern daily.
Minimum Qualifications
To succeed at GoodWork you should be:
Smart, hardworking, and detail-oriented.
Friendly with a positive attitude and able to communicate confidently in English and Tagalog.
Passionate about working for a start-up and building an amazing company.
Work experience is preferred.
