Customer Service associateAPPETITE LABS, INC.

1. Handling customer complaints or concerns quickly and professionally to maintain good customer relationships and ensure repeat customers.
2. Assisting with or performing administrative tasks, such as processing new orders, updating databases
3. Assists the team in all outbound communications such as sending updates on the store's outstanding issues, its site visit schedule and the company's findings and recommendations for ticket closing
4. Provides real-time support to service providers during installations and/or site visits.
Preferred:
1. Solid experience working in a start-up/small-scale business environment

4. Professional, Outgoing and Energetic personality
5. Experience in technology consulting and solution design in Food Service (Table / Quick Serve)
6. Previous enterprise solutions or integrated solutions experience preferred in non-Food Service retail segments
