Responsibilities:
Assist customers with their requests and concerns (frontline support)
Handle/answer inquiries across all channels (hub, landline, email, & chat)
Provide information about key services
Strengthen customer relationships by meeting the needs of customers
Get customer feedback and respond in a timely manner
Recommend solutions to resolve customer concerns and escalate when needed
Requirements:
Must be a college degree holder
With at least 1 year experience in Customer Service, BPO, or Admissions
Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and a team player
