Job Customer Service
Description
•Handle inbound and outbound customer contacts
•Provide information to customers inquiry in relation to products and services including, but not limited to billing and rate plan, customer retention, data product and service and addition of new line of service
•Handle inbound and outbound customer contacts
•Route calls to appropriate resource
•Follow up customer calls where necessary
Basic Qualifications:
•Preferably a college graduate of any course
•Good to excellent communication skills
•Call center experienced will be an advantage but not required
•Willing to work onsite
