Job description:
Supporting multiple concurrences (email, chat and phone).
Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
Handling of consumer complaints, impel related department or person to solve.
Gathering customers' feedback to enhance products and overall customer experience.
Must be knowledgeable in Spreadsheet and Google sheet.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Mass Communication or equivalent.
Strong verbal, written & comprehension skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Passion for communicating with customers all day, every day.
Desire to turn an unhappy customer into an advocate.
