Job Customer Service Assistant
Responsibilities:
Responsible for customer's inquiry regarding the company's product and services.
Handles and resolves service problems and other customer complains.
Responsible in the daily coordination of Authorized Service Centers (ASC) nationwide.
Maintains and keep customer records accurately
Requirements:
Educational Background: Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree or vocational course of any field.
Proficient in speaking English. Excellent in written and in verbal communication.
Computer literate. Excellent in word and excel applications.
Work experience. At least with 1 year of working experience as Customer Service or equivalent.
Applicant will be assigned in Paranaque area.
1 Full-Time position is available.
