Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College degree preferably in a customer oriented business course.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries,calls,emails and questions regarding our products.
Provide customer satisfaction and experience
Process orders and ensure they are fulfilled
Handle customer complaints or concerns
Log all contacts in our customer database system accurately
Perform general administrative tasks such as copying and filing.
Generate monthly, quarterly and annual reports for management.
