JOB RESPONSIBILITY:
The Customer Service Assistant will assist clients with all their concerns or issues regarding Dyson products and help to ensure a high customer relation level.
The Customer Service Assistant is responsible for answering client calls and making sure that client database is always updated
JOB QUALIFICATION:
Must be a Bachelor's Degree holder
At least 1 year CSR experience (BPO)
Proficiency in MS Office
Ability to work in a team environment
Able to communicate effectively during customer interactions
Strong sense of professionalism and discretion required
Willing to work in Cainta, Rizal
