Job Purpose:
The Customer Service Assistant will manage and ensure all received/ released samples from vendors are properly documented, and answer queries regarding Sampling Process.
Job Responsibilities:
Account all samples received/released are properly documented.
Validate data vs actual goods provided by the vendor and/or merchandising.
To be able to answer inquiries raised by the vendor and/or merchandising.
To ensure no/minimal complains from both internal & external customers.
Timely preparation and submission of required reports. (Scrapping, Donation, ID's).
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or any relevant field.
At least 1-year experience in Customer Service.
At least 1-year experience in retail and or related industry.
Focus and details oriented with good customer service skills.
Ability to handle confidential matter sensitively and pro-active in issue/concern handling.
Willing to work at Head Office - Pasay.
Preferrably amenable to start as soon as possible and residing near Pasay.
