Customer Service and Sales Support Representative (Night Shift | US Client)
Full-time | 40 hours per week
Offer is at Php 35,000 take home monthly pay
Monday to Friday, from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM Philippine Time

About the Client:
Our client based in the United States owns an automobile parts that operates online. He is currently looking for an experienced and motivated Customer Service and Sales Support Representative.
About the Role:
Provide customer service via phone for order related issues such as returns, exchanges, refunds, shipping inquiries, etc.
Take phone orders over the phone and enter order in the system
Provide customer support to find the correct product and provide support related to our product installations, etc.
Other supportive customer service and sales related tasks such as replying customer emails, processing shipping labels, etc.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years in a similar or equivalent role in order processing or fulfillment
Strong customer service orientation (Phone calls, Email, and Chat)
Great English communication skill both verbal and written
Highly organized and with great attention to detail
Technology savvy - able to navigate new systems/platforms easily
Experience with Amazon seller and Shopify (order fulfillment) or at least familiar with those platforms
Being in the auto parts industry, specifically wheel and tire related, a car enthusiast or mechanical background is a plus
Trustworthy and passionate
MS Excel skill highly preferred
