- Organising, Planning and Managing logistics, transportation and customer services
- DIRECT, OPTIMISE AND COORDINATE WHOLE ORDER PROCESS/CYCLE
- Comply the regulations and ISON requirements
- Overall monitoring of department's operation specifically deployment of manpower, truck and other resources to implement delivery requirements os sales/customer
- Control resources and utilise assets to achieve qualitative and quantitive targets
- Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities
