- Provide a clear understanding of the call center agent's role in both outbound call centers and the inbound call center.
- Successfully communicate with customers to gather information and learn about their needs and expectations.
- Collaborate with others to ensure the customers' issues are resolved.
- Assist and provide solutions for the customers' questions.
Qualifications:
- SHS Grads/College Undergrads/College Grads are accepted.
- BPO Experience is not required but is a plus.
- Must have the knowledge to be able to navigate a computer.
- Average to good English communication skills.
- Willing to work in shifting schedules, weekends and even holidays.
- Must be willing to work within and near the province of Pampanga.
