Responsibilities
• Handle inbound client calls for internet TV subscriptions.
• Renewal, activation, disconnection, and billing requests are processed.
• Assist with minimal troubleshooting and transfer calls to Level 2 for more significant technical difficulties.
• Ensure that all calls adhere to business policies.
Qualifications:
• At least 6 months CCE (ANY CCE - international, local, non-voice, blended)
• Above Average Communications Skills Willing to work on-site
• Adaptability
• Remain calm under pressure
Requirements
Minimum education level: Senior high school
