Toyota Motor Philippines is looking for a Customer Satisfaction Planner to join our Customer Relations Department based in Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
A Customer Satisfaction Planner coordinates with our dealer network and service providers to gather and interpret data, about customer experience. You are tasked to lead our service providers in strategically gathering data, to monitor each dealer's performance in terms of customer service through surveys and other forms of data gathering.
In this role, you will provide recommendations and initiate activities such as training sessions and process improvements to process owners and dealer network based on customer feedback.
Your role and responsibilities:
Coordination to dealer network and service providers.
Guides our dealer network and service providers to conduct customer surveys and other activities to gather, and measure Customer Satisfaction and Voice of Customers.
Provide timely feedback, recommendations, reports, and updates.
Initiate and monitor dealer trainings and activities to improve dealer services.

You have a bachelor's degree in, business administration or any business course equivalent fields with a strong focus on data gathering and interpretation.
You are able to multitask and coordinate with different personalities.
You have the ability to say "No" to stakeholders without compromising the relationship.
You have a good understanding of the people; you can pick up customer needs and provide product knowledge quickly.
You are have the ability to take projects and activities from concept to implementation.
You can deal with ambiguity; objection handling.

Excellent computer and Microsoft Office skills.
Excellent Microsoft Excel skills.
Excellent English written and oral communication skills.
Highly organized, detail oriented.
