Customer Service & Sales Assistant personnel is responding to routine and complex customer inquiries regarding Quotations, Proposals, Lab Results, Scheduling, Progress, etcGraduates and Undergraduates of any 4 years course;Preferably with at least 1 year experience in Customer Service in health care industry;Sales experience is an advantageExpert in taking bulk calls;Excellent English communication skills;Proven ability to work independently as well as a productive member of a team;Preferably with after-sales service background;Willing to work in a Covid-19 laboratory;Amenable to work on a Monday - Saturday schedule;Amenable to work on a dayshift schedule;Can start asap.
