Job Scopes (Training Provided, no working experience required):
Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via chat.
Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features.
Analyze and report product malfunctions.
Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers.
Respond to customer complaints through Chat board system.

能及时跟准确回复客户查询。
了解客户需求并协助客户使用软件功能。
如产品出现故障,需及时汇报。
主动更新客户有关软件新开发跟解决客户面对的技术问题。
通过聊天室解决客户的投诉。
Job Requirements:
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in any related field is required for this position, customer support preferred.
Candidates preferably spoken skill in Mandarin and Average English as role requires candidate to deal with English speaking customers.
Expected rotating work night shift (Regular customer South Eastern Asia).
Willing to work in overseas and follow of the country tourism strict Standard Operation Procedure.
