CUSTOMER REPRESENTATIVE/ CHAT SUPPORT (PREFERABLY MALE)
Office-based
Preferably from Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu
Starting Salary: 13k to 15k, negotiable
Working Schedule:
Tuesdays-Sundays 1:00 pm-9:40 pm
Monday - Rest Day
Job Responsibilities:
Operates telecommunication system by maintaining direct contact with the company and students.
Keeps track of new and old students' records.
Manage the teachers' and students' schedules.
Qualifications:
Preferably IT Graduates. However, other courses are also welcome as long as he/she is willing to learn and can grasp information right away.
Must be computer savvy
Willingness to learn and be trained with minimum supervision
Can work under pressure
Excellent in verbal and written communication skills
