POSITION SUMMARY
The Customer Relationship Officer will serve as the frontline of customer service. He/she will ensure customer satisfaction through effective probing, troubleshooting, and scheduling of service until completion of service request.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage incoming calls and handle customer service inquiries and complaints
Obtain and/or verify important customer information; coordinate with other departments as needed
Operate the Sales Force management system and encode/interpret necessary information on customer's account
Identify and assess customer's problem or issue regarding appliance/s bought
Determine appropriate course of action based on customer's issue/s and direct to the right department
Assist customers in product troubleshooting for possible immediate issue resolution
Schedule on-site visit/technician dispatch and provide details to customer
Regularly check messaging group of service technicians regarding updates on service repairs and update Sales Force as necessary
Prepare Service Quotation and Invoices and make necessary follow ups
REQUIREMENTS
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree in Communication, Engineering, Electronics, or equivalent.
At least one year of experience in the customer service industry or as a customer service representative in an appliance company.
Preferred: highly technical and able to provide troubleshooting steps based on product specifications
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
