Required qualifications:
Bachelors degree or above
At least 3 years working experience in the ICT or E-commerce industry
Fluency in English
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong customer service focus
Advanced knowledge in the use of Microsoft Office

E-commerce related work experience
Korean speaker
