Job Description
Oversee of the Customer Relations Unit and ensure of the overall Customer Relations functions and tasks being carried out by the CRU team.
Oversees the overall operations and core business processes in terms of Customer Relations through effective and efficient implementation of customer service standards and customer relations programs, aims to deliver excellent service and contributes to the achievement of the Unit's objectives anchored on MTCMC vision, mission and goals.
Render prompt and accurate reports required through surveys conducted; presents and submits gathered data and information about patient care concerns, needs and problems; analyses statistics or other data to determine the level of hospital's customer service; and reports to Management Committee the results of Patient and MD Satisfaction with analysis and appropriate recommendation and/or corrective actions.
Responds to customer requests and questions regarding services, products and account information; analyzes and rectifies customer concerns using established procedures; perceives and interprets patient needs and translates them into effective solutions; and reacts to the needs of the patients by ensuring immediate action.
Facilitates dialogue between patients, physicians, nurses and administrative managers to resolve patient complaints and problems; follows up action taken in case where required and maintains contact with customers;
Establishes, collaborates and maintains positive working relationship with other units/departments, and related work groups to ensure prompt action within customer service standards.
