PLAN & STRATEGIZE: Plan & develop strategy to improve operational efficiency * OVERSEE DAILY OPERATIONS WITHIN THE BRANCH Oversee security system operations, & security guard force manning, performance & bills payment processing * CHECK CLOSU PLAN & STRATEGIZE: Plan & develop strategy to improve operational efficiency OVERSEE DAILY OPERATIONS WITHIN THE BRANCH Oversee security system operations, & security guard force manning, performance & bills payment processing CHECK CLOSURE ON EMERGENCY RESPONSES Oversee the appropriateness of responses to emergency & customer concerns FOLLOW THRU ON CLOSURE OF THEFT CASES Follow thru on all theft cases for final disposition & action RESOLVE FIRST-LEVEL COMPLAINTS Resolve first-level complaints regarding overall security staff & services in the branch REVIEW PROFILES & UPDATE PREVENTIVE MEASURES Review incident / suspect profile, merchandise loss / damage post-activity reports, & update preventive security measures in the branch Qualifications: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field. At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably Supervisor / 5 years & up experienced employees specializing in Security/Armed Forces/Protective Services or equivalent.
